By accessing or using realestates.city — including browsing listings, interacting with AI Business Pages, or creating a business profile — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

By accessing or using realestates.city (the "Platform"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and realestates.city governing your use of the Platform.

realestates.city is an AI-powered local business directory and advertising platform. We provide a searchable directory of local professional service providers, AI Business Pages with built-in AI chat agents, and tools for business owners to manage profiles and track performance.

Premium subscribers receive an AI Business Page featuring an automated chat agent ("AI Agent") trained on their business profile. By activating an AI Business Page, you agree that: (1) you are responsible for ensuring your business information used to train your AI Agent is accurate and not misleading; (2) the AI Agent may occasionally produce imprecise responses — do not rely solely on AI responses for critical decisions; (3) all conversations between visitors and your AI Agent are logged and made available in your lead dashboard; (4) you may not configure the AI Agent to produce deceptive, discriminatory, or illegal content.

All users of the Platform agree to: provide accurate and truthful information; use the Platform only for lawful purposes in compliance with applicable United States federal and state law; refrain from posting fraudulent, defamatory, offensive, or misleading content; maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials; not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform or its AI systems; and not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or manipulate review systems.

Business owners who publish listings agree that: all listing content must be accurate and legally owned or licensed; listings must represent a real, legally operating business in the United States; and we reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our quality standards, receives repeated verified complaints, or is associated with deceptive or illegal activity, without prior notice or refund.

Premium AI Business Page subscriptions are billed annually. Your subscription fee is charged upfront for the full annual period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice prior to renewal. Failed payments may result in immediate downgrade to a free listing.

The following actions are expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination: submitting false business credentials or fake reviews; using the Platform to engage in fraud or identity theft; attempting to access other users' account data without authorization; using automated bots or scrapers to extract data; interfering with the Platform or its AI systems; and listing businesses that offer illegal services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, realestates.city and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform; the quality or performance of services provided by listed businesses; inaccuracies in AI Agent responses; unauthorized access to your account data; or loss of leads or revenue resulting from Platform downtime. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

All Platform content — including the realestates.city name and logo, website design, AI systems, and proprietary software — is owned by or licensed to realestates.city and protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. By submitting listing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform. You retain full ownership of your business content.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for violation of these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
