• Account & Profile Data: Name, email, phone, business name, address, service category, and payment information (processed securely by our payment provider).
• AI Conversation Data: Interactions with AI Business Pages are stored in the business owner's lead dashboard and used to improve AI quality.
• Usage Data: IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and time spent on pages.
• Cookies & Tracking: We use cookies to maintain session state, remember preferences, and gather analytics.

We use the information we collect to: create and maintain your business listing; power AI Business Pages and deliver captured leads to your dashboard; process Premium subscription payments; display your listing to prospective customers; send transactional emails; monitor platform performance; and comply with legal obligations.

Our AI Business Pages use large language model technology to power automated chat agents on Premium listings. Business profile data is used to train each AI agent. Visitor conversations are logged and delivered to the business owner's lead dashboard. Visitors engaging with an AI page should be aware their messages are recorded and shared with the business owner. Conversation data may be used in anonymized, aggregated form to improve our AI systems. Individual conversations are not shared with third parties outside the platform.

We may share your personal information in limited circumstances: with trusted third-party service providers who process data on our behalf; with business owners when you interact with their AI Business Page; when required by law or valid governmental authority; and in the event of a merger or acquisition, with prior notice to users.
