All purchases on realestates.city are final. Because we begin delivering your advertising services immediately upon payment, we are unable to offer refunds. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Before completing your purchase, you will have the opportunity to review your listing details and the full terms of service. By completing payment, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy.

Overview

realestates.city operates as a paid online advertising directory for real estate agents and businesses serving the United States market. When you purchase a listing on our platform, you are purchasing an advertising service — not a physical product.

Because advertising services are initiated immediately upon successful payment, all sales are final. This policy is governed by the laws of the United States and is consistent with standard practices for digital advertising services.

No-Refund Policy

All payments made to realestates.city are non-refundable. This applies to all listing tiers, upgrades, and any additional services purchased through the platform.

Upon receiving your payment, we immediately begin performing services on your behalf, including:

  • Listing publication — your business page is created and made publicly accessible.
  • SEO indexing — we submit your listing for search engine indexing and begin on-platform SEO optimization.
  • Directory placement — your business is categorized and placed within our directory structure.
  • Profile setup — your profile, contact details, service areas, and content are configured and live.
No refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements will be issued under any circumstances, including if you change your mind, no longer wish to advertise, or decide to use a different platform.

What You Receive

Here is a summary of what each listing purchase includes:

  • A dedicated business page on realestates.city, publicly accessible to all directory visitors.
  • Search engine optimization work to help your listing rank in organic search results.
  • Directory categorization placing your business in relevant real estate categories.
  • Listing active for the purchased period — typically 12 months from the date of payment.
  • Business profile features as described in your selected listing tier at time of purchase.

Premium listing features are as described on the pricing page at the time of your purchase. Features are subject to change for future purchases but not for active listing periods already paid.

Payment Processing

All payments on realestates.city are processed securely by WayForPay, a certified payment service provider. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and other major payment methods supported by WayForPay.

We do not store your card details on our servers. All payment data is handled exclusively by WayForPay in accordance with PCI DSS standards. Your payment is encrypted and processed securely.

Once a transaction is completed and confirmed, your listing is activated. Payment confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

Disputes & Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating any dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through our support team.

If you initiate an unauthorized chargeback for a transaction that was legitimately processed in accordance with this policy, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately suspend or remove your business listing from the directory.
  • Dispute the chargeback with your card issuer by providing evidence of service delivery.
  • Restrict future access to realestates.city advertising services.
Exception: If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate transaction — please contact us immediately. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded in full.

Listing Errors

If there is an error in your published listing caused by us — for example, incorrect information was published that you did not submit, or a paid feature was not activated — we will correct the issue promptly at no charge.

  • Content errors (wrong information published): corrected within 3 business days of a verified report.
  • Missing features (paid features not activated): activated within 2 business days of a verified report.
  • Technical downtime affecting your listing: compensated with equivalent listing time extension at our discretion.

Errors caused by information you submitted incorrectly are your responsibility to correct. We offer one complimentary correction per listing period for such situations.

Cancellations

You may request cancellation of your listing at any time. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any portion of the purchased listing period, whether used or remaining.

Upon cancellation:

  • Your listing will be removed from the public directory within 5 business days.
  • No further charges will be made (listings are a one-time payment, not a subscription, unless otherwise stated).
  • Your listing data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation and then permanently deleted upon request.

If your listing was purchased as a recurring subscription, you may cancel renewal at any time before the next billing date. The current active period will not be refunded and will remain live until expiry.
